PhD researcher in Immunology at the University of São Paulo (USP), focused on the molecular regulation of dendritic cells and their application in immunotherapy. My current work investigates how microRNAs modulate gene expression during dendritic cell differentiation and activation, aiming to improve immune-based strategies against HIV. I hold a Master’s degree in Biosciences and Pathophysiology (UEM), where I studied Y RNA expression in PBMCs from ankylosing spondylitis patients, identifying associations with disease activity and potential biomarker roles. My background includes experience in immunogenetics, molecular biology, and translational research, with hands-on expertise in flow cytometry, qPCR, PCR-SSP, RNA analysis and transcriptomics.
